We did a Vegetarian Cooking class including a visit to the market with Anh and it was really nice! We learned a lot about vegetarian Vietnamese cooking and Anh was really helpful, friendly and could answer all our questions. The food was authentic, soooo delicious and we will definitely make it again! If you are in Hue and you like good food: do this cooking class (Anh can does non-vegetarian classes too)!

We had a great time with Anh, cooking three dishes which we will definitely make when we are home again. Anh was the best host, politely answering our many questions about the markets, food and Vietnamese life. What a privilege to be invited into his home to learn a little about modern Vietnam. Highly recommend spending a few hours with Anh during your visit to Hue.

My partner and I attended this cooking class when staying in Hue. We had a great time wandering through the markets, being shown where and how the locals shop, then used all the fresh produce to cook 3 delicious meals. Anh was attentive and patient, and was lovely to chat with!! It was a lovely addition to the experience to be able to cook the meals at Anh’s home, adding to the authentic feel of the experience. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommend booking with Anh at Hue cooking class, and suggest doing so directly via his website, rather than a third party site! The cooking class with Anh was a unique experience. All the dishes were delicious and prepared at chef Anh‘s very home. He even taught us a lot about vietnamese culture. Recommandation for everyone who wants to enjoy tradition and great company.

We booked the night local Food trip with Anh. The communication before was really easy and nice. He brought us to places, where only local people meet and eat together usually. The menu listed some secrets which are really unusual for people from the western hemisphere, but I don't want to spoiler 😅. We had a great time, about 3h and 4 stops for food, dessert and coffee, and a nice talk beside food. We can highly recommend this experience. Môt, hai, ba, dzô

This is a very authentic cooking class hosted by an extremely friendly and humble guy named Anh - he really gives you the time to understand the food you are cooking and also has so many interesting insights about Vietnamese culture. Absolutely loved the food, so delicious and fresh! The market tour was also very fun and interesting. Highly recommend - you can do the tours in Da Nang or Hoi An, but this is the real deal!
